- To put into effect a recently adopted building code, the Pelham Manor
Board of Trustees passed a resolution providing that "an inspector be
appointed to perform the duties described in the building code and that
his compensation be fixed at $10.00 per structure for performing such
duties as prescribed in the code, to hold office at the pleasure of the
Board."
